GSPT1 and neuroendocrine carcinoma: Consistent with the pronounced differences in CYRS381 efficacy previously observed between the A549 and H1155 xenograft models (Fig. 2), cancer cells overexpressed with NEC-driving factors exhibited significantly higher levels of GSPT1 degradation and achieved greater complete remission rates compared to their parental cell counterparts when treated with equivalent dosages of CYRS381.
