Thus, in this study, we took the advantage of affinity purification based on MS2 hairpin and MS2-MBP fusion protein to identify proteins bound on MEG3 by mass spectrometry after purification of the lncRNP assembled on MEG3 in vivo [31], and provided further data to support that the MEG3/CTCF-CXCR4 axis as a novel mechanism for MEG3 in modulating cell migration of breast cancer.
