Laboratory evaluation revealed hypercalcemia (ionized calcium 1.49 mmol/L; total plasma calcium unadjusted for albumin 2.81 mmol/L, 11.4 mg/dl), suppressed PTH (<1 pmol/L) and reduced 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (<12 pmol/L). This evidence concerns the gene PTH and hypercalcemia disease.
