The ANOS1 expression was significantly higher in patients with T3–T4, positive lymph node metastasis, positive vascular invasion, and stage III–IV than those with T2, negative lymph node metastasis, negative vascular invasion, and stage II (85.71% vs. 20.00%; 83.95% vs. 38.89%; 96.88% vs. 65.67%; 82.86% vs. 58.62%, respectively; P < 0.001). Here, ANOS1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
