In support of our results, it has been documented that TET3 positively regulates MYC expression in liver Kupffer cells[41] and glioma stem cells.[42] Collectively, these results, along with those from previous studies,[37, 38, 41, 42] suggest that there is indeed a functional interaction between TET3 and MYC. The gene discussed is TET3; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
