In most cases, the cytotoxic peptide consisted of DT conjugated to IL‐2, IL‐3, or the single‐chain fragment variable (scFV) against the CD19 antigen [30, 31, 32, 33] and in the case of the IL‐3 conjugate, the corresponding drug, designated Tagraxofusp, has received approval for the treatment of hematologic malignancies [34].
