For example, MOBP, a tauopathy risk gene, was strongly correlated with tau in PiD (ρ = 0.82; p‐value = 0.004) but not in CBD (ρ = 0.0; p‐value = 0.94) or PSP (ρ = −0.61; p‐value = 0.06), suggesting tauopathy risk genes are partitioning in solubility differently in each disease. The gene discussed is MOBP; the disease is tauopathy.
