Future studies should combine multiple models and multi-omics data to comprehensively evaluate the impact of inhibiting BAFFR on immune reconstitution in INR patients to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.To summarize, our findings indicate that anti-CD4 mAb might be involved in a previously unknown process that hinders the activation of CD4 + T cells by NK cells in individuals with HIV infection.
