ERBB2 and breast cancer: This model had stable predictive power with AUCs of 0.838 (95% CI: 0.752–0.924) and 0.823 (95% CI: 0.746–0.900) in the two independent test sets (Figure 1B) as well as high detection rates for different BC subtypes (HER2+, 96.15%; HR+/HER2−, 92.45%; TNBC, 92.86%) (Table 1).
