Differential expression analysis based on TCGA paired samples showed that TEAD1 was mainly highly expressed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), LIHC, and lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), while significantly lowly expressed in cancers such as bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), and kidney chromophobe (KICH) (Figure 1C). The gene discussed is TEAD1; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
