To further investigate the role of PD-1 in BCL10-regulated T cell involvement in tumor immunity in CESC, we utilized the TCGA database to examine the relationship between BCL10 expression levels (high vs. low) and negatively regulated T cell surface costimulatory molecules, including CD274, CTLA4, HAVCR2, LAG3, PDCD1, PDCD1LG2, TIGIT, and SIGLEC15, within the CESC immune microenvironment. This evidence concerns the gene LAG3 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
