VSIG4+ group had significantly higher rates of PIM1 (56.7% versus 23.5%), ETV6 (43.3% versus 0.0%), and CD70 mutations (23.3% versus 0.0%).Common mutations in VSIG4+ DLBCL also included MYD88, CD79B, BTG2, DUSP2, TBL1XR1, and BTG1. Additionally, we performed molecular subtyping using LymphGen tool, revealing a higher, though not statistically significant, proportion of MCD subtype in VSIG4+ DLBCL (43.3% vs. 17.6%, Figure 5B). The gene discussed is PIM1; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
