Our results suggest that combining p-JNK with pathology−derived parameters, Gleason score and T stage, enhances the accuracy of predicting aggressive PCa and is associated with a more unfavorable progression-free survival in PCa (p<0.05 for the combination of p-JNK with Gleason score, p-JNK with T stage and p-JNK with Gleason score and T stage, respectively). Here, MAPK8 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
