SAT1 and prostate carcinoma: Real‐time qPCR further confirmed the impact of L14‐8 on the expression of ferroptosis‐related genes, with SAT1 demonstrating a dramatic increase of hundreds of times greater than that in the control (Figure 4E), whose upregulation has previously been reported to promote ferroptosis.[12, 21] Indeed, survival analysis across different prostate cancer patient cohorts revealed a negative correlation between SAT1 expression and both prostate cancer prognosis and Gleason score (Figure 4F,G; Figure S5, Supporting Information).
