Nicorandil, Astragaloside IV, and Curcumin demonstrate potential therapeutic effects in alleviating cardiac microvascular ferroptosis in DCM through various signaling pathways, including the mitochondria‐localized AMPK‐Parkin‐ACSL4 pathway, CD36‐mediated ferroptosis downregulation, and the Nrf2 pathway, respectively [72, 79, 80]. This evidence concerns the gene PRKN and familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
