The analysis revealed lower methylation levels of DBF4B in BLCA (Figure 9A), HNSC (Figure 9D), KIRP (Figure 9E), LUAD (Figure 9F), PRAD (Figure 9I), READ (Figure 9J), TGCT (Figure 9L), THCA (Figure 9M), and UCEC (Figure 9N) than in normal tissues, potentially explaining the higher expression levels of DBF4B in these cancers.
