In the multiple logistic regression analysis, adjusted for sex, age, ethnicity, CURB-65 score, albumin levels, eGFR, diabetes, heart failure, and cerebrovascular disease, Grade 1 hypophosphatemia (OR = 1.531, 95% CI: 1.025–2.286, p = 0.038), Grade 2 hypophosphatemia (OR = 3.494, 95% CI: 1.334–9.153, p = 0.011), and hyperphosphatemia (OR = 3.913, 95% CI: 2.472–6.196, p < 0.001) were identified as independent correlative factors of ICU admission (Table 5).
