Although PSMA PET/CT has shown excellent performance in diagnosing and staging (N and M stages) of prostate cancer, however, due to the low soft-tissue resolution of CT, the accuracy of PSMA PET/CT shows lower accuracy in T-staging and EPE assessment when compared to mpMRI and PSMA PET/MR [6, 7].
