The correlation between AKR1C2 and clinical characteristics of lung adenocarcinoma patients was predicted, and the results showed that the expression level of AKR1C2 was closely related to gender, tumor stage, and lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma patients (Fig 2B, E, and F), and was not related to the age of lung adenocarcinoma patients, tumor size, infiltration depth, and distant metastasis (Fig 2A, C, and D). This evidence concerns the gene AKR1C2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
