Based on the decision tree regression, there were more variables that indicated clinical suspicion of SLD in women (BMI ≥29 kg/m2, age ≥50 y, dyslipidemia, MS, hs-CRP ≥0.195, low HDL-c <42, and NC ≥36 cm) than in men (waist circumference ≥101, ALT ≥28, HbA1c ≥5.7%). Here, CRP is linked to metabolic syndrome.
