Our study highlights the innovative discovery that miRNAlet‐7b‐5p targets the IGF1R and inhibits the AKT/mTOR pathway, which has significant implications in the development of novel therapies to combat HCC, including qRT‐PCR, clone formation assays, EdU experiments, scratch healing experiments, Transwell experiments, PI experiments, and protein immunoblotting. Here, AKT1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
