In hepatocellular carcinoma, IGF2BP3 stabilizes NRF2 mRNA to inhibit ferroptosis; whereas in lung adenocarcinoma, it modulates multiple anti-ferroptotic regulators such as GPX4, SLC3A2, ACSL3, and FTH1 to confer ferroptosis resistance. Here, IGF2BP3 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
