All factors that were statistically significant (i.e., p < 0.05) in the univariate analysis were included in the logistic multivariate analysis, including length of hospital stay, sex, pneumonia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHD, EVD, tracheotomy, PCT, LaC, CRP, BET, Alb, BUN, and WBC. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and susceptibility to pneumonia measurement.
