CD8A and neoplasm: Taken together, as summarized in Figure 5D, these data suggest that the therapeutic efficacy of combination therapy was associated with an augmented pro-inflammatory anti-tumor immune response mediated by increased infiltration of activated immune cells into the lungs and LDLNs, including IFN-γ secreting cytotoxic CD8 T cells, NK cells and activated macrophages and monocytic DCs.
