Therefore, we investigated the AR, FOXA1, and HOXB13 binding in the regulatory regions (−15 kb/+2 kb from TSS) of the DEGs by utilizing previously published prostate tumor and prostate normal tissue-specific AR-binding sites (ARBSs) and FOXA1- and HOXB13-binding sites in PCa tumor samples (Pomerantz et al. 2015). Here, HOXB13 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
