Individuals with acetaldehyde exposure and TP53-CHIP showed a remarkably higher risk of myeloid neoplasm mortality (HR, 47.37; 95% CI, 20.09–111.69) than those with TP53-CHIP alone (HR, 8.74; 95% CI, 4.05–18.88; Fig. 3A and B). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and myeloid neoplasm.
