The ROC showed that the AUC for the diagnosis of colorectal polyps using the individual and combined detection of the NLR, MCH, MCHC, cystatin C, TG, LDL-C, CEA, P. gingivalis, F. nucleatum, P. intermedia, R. gnavus, B. ovatus, and P. distasonis were 0.696, 0.726, 0.742, 0.771, 0.829, 0.731, 0.785, 0.759, 0.738, 0.786, 0.739, 0.764, 0.757, and 0.996, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and polyp of large intestine.
