Additionally, during the development of CRC, there is also involvement of tumor suppressor gene deletions such as TP53, KRAS, PIK3CA, PCDH3B, and PTEN (Clarens, 2004), as well as the continuous activation of oncogenes, leading to the dysregulation of multiple signaling pathways such as Wnt, MAPK, PI3K, and TGF-beta, allowing CRC to continue to develop (Malki et al., 2020; Shaoping, 2013; Jiexi et al., 2021).
