IL10 and chronic kidney disease: The Pearson correlation analysis revealed that in CKD patients, miR-106b-5p was significantly negatively correlated with inflammatory factors IL-6 (r= -0.775), TNF-α (r= -0.764), and IL-1β (r= -0.753) (p < 0.001) (Fig. 2E-G), while it was significantly positively correlated with the anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 (r = 0.629, p < 0.001) (Fig. 2H).
