On the other hand, in the type-2 high model, the level of IL-4 (p < 0.0001) was significantly higher in Sema3E KO mice compared to WT mice (Fig 3C), although there was no significant difference in the levels of IFN-γ, IL-17, IL-5, IL-13, TNF, IL-1β, CXCL-8, MCP-1/CCL2, and IL-10 between Sema3E KO and WT mice in the type-2 high model of asthma (Fig 3A–3K).
