The results revealed that irradiation increased the levels of chemokines involved in the migration of T cells (e.g., CXCL10, CCL2, CCL3, and CCL5) but decreased the levels of proangiogenic factors (e.g., VEGF and basic FGF), which facilitate T cells infiltration into the tumor bed (Figure 6D).
