For the subsets of CD4+ T cells, we observed a greater proportion of Tnaïves (CD45RA+CCR7+) and Tcms (CD45RA-CCR7+) throughout the course of HFRS, accompanied by a lower proportion of Tems (CD45RA-CCR7-) and TemRAs (CD45RA+CCR7-) (Figures 1F, G). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
