Our findings indicated that ME1 was highly expressed in several cancers, including bladder cancer (BLCA), breast cancer (BRCA), glioblastoma (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), prostate cancer (PRAD), stomach cancer (STAD), thyroid cancer (THCA), thymoma (THYM), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene ME1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
