The results revealed the same top two haplotypes, but with slightly higher frequencies, being observed in one individual more each than in the 4-digits and 6-digits analysis: HLA-A*01/HLA-B*08/HLA-C*07/HLA-DRB1*03 (28 individuals, HF 3.46%) and HLA-A*01/HLA-B*18/HLA-C*03/HLA-DRB1*11 (2.96%, 24 individuals) (Table 4, Figure 3). The gene discussed is HLA-DRB1; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
