Endometriosis is typically managed through various therapeutic options, including progestogens, combined oral contraceptives, gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists and agonists, androgens, aromatase inhibitors, selective progesterone receptor modulators, selective estrogen receptor modulators, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and/or surgical excision of endometriotic lesions [220,377].
