CD4 and rheumatoid arthritis: Among the T cells, we found statistically significant differences in the percentage of memory T helper cells (CD3+CD4+CD45RA−), which was decreased in the JAKi group in comparison to the healthy and RA controls [50.72 (39.26–61.03), 64.12 (57.14–72.71), and 64.15 (55.08–75.42) p = 0.008 p = 0.007, respectively].
