Adverse prognostic factors included elevated Preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels (HR = 1.001, 95% CI: 1.0004–1.0024; p = 0.006), higher lymph node ratio (HR = 3.99, 95% CI: 1.25–12.7; p = 0.032), the presence of liver metastases ≥10 cm (HR = 2.34, 95% CI: 1.11–4.92; p = 0.044), and moderate-to-severe preoperative hepatopathy (HR = 2.63, 95% CI: 1.63–4.26; p < 0.001) (Table S4–S6 in the Supplementary Materials).
