Aggarwal et al. demonstrated that compared to CT and [18F]FDG PET/CT, PSMA PET/CT performed better in detecting equivocal bone lesions in ccRCC, which is in line with our observations of a high PSMA expression (mean SUVmax > 6.0) in osseous lesions of ccRCC [15].
