Antigens commonly overexpressed on melanoma cells include cancer germline antigens (CGAs) like NYESO‐1 or members of the MAGE‐A family of proteins, melanocyte differentiation antigens like melanoma‐associated antigen recognized by T cells (MART‐1), Melan‐A, glycoprotein 100 (gp100), tyrosinase, and melanoma‐associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (MCSP) as well as neoantigens.15, 16, 17.
