Silencing miR-424-5p significantly elevated the expression of MAPK14 in dauriporphine-treated A549 cells, while downregulating MAPK14 not only reversed the effect of miR-424-5p on its expression but also reversed the protective effect of miR-424-5p on dauriporphine-treated lung adenocarcinoma cells. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK14 and lung adenocarcinoma.
