While there were no differences in TIDE scores between the two groups (p>0.05), the high-risk group exhibited lower expression of IFNG, Merck18, CD274, CD8, among others, along with a lower Dysfunction score and a higher Exclusion score (all p<0.001) (Supplementary Figure S7B), suggesting a stronger immune escape mechanism in high-risk BC patients.
