In this study, macrophages transfected with emu-miR-10a-5p tended to induce naïve CD4+ T cell differentiation to Th1 cells, and emu-miR-10a-5p tended to reverse the Th1/Th2 balance in mice with allergic asthma, consistent with our in vitro results. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and allergic asthma.
