In this study, we found that EVs and emu-miR-10a-5p secreted by E. multilocularis act on the JAK1–STAT3 signaling pathway by targeting and binding to leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), inhibiting M2a macrophage polarization and thereby alleviating OVA-induced allergic asthma. This evidence concerns the gene JAK1 and allergic asthma.
