In contrast, DEGs upregulated in the resistant R27–1 family were significantly enriched in immune and endocrine-related pathways, such as Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection (3 genes), Th17 cell differentiation (2 genes), TNF signaling pathway (2 genes), Prolactin signaling pathway (2 genes), Acute myeloid leukemia (2 genes), JAK-STAT signaling pathway (2 genes), and Steroid hormone biosynthesis (2 genes) (Figure 3E). Here, TNF is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
