Final gene sequencing of the tumor using DecisionDx-UMSeq panel testing for common uveal melanoma mutations in BAP1, cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2 (CYSLTR2), EIF1AX, GNA11, Guanine Nucleotide-binding Protein, Q polypeptide (GNAQ), phospholipase C beta 4 (PLCB4), and SF3B111 revealed a Class 1A melanoma with 626A > T missense mutation in GNA11. Here, CYSLTR2 is linked to uveal melanoma.
