In total, 5,267,301 annotated reads were filtered-in and analyzed as productive gene rearrangements, resulting in the identification of 357,252 BcR IG clonotypes (i.e. IGHV-IGHD-IGHJ gene rearrangements with unique pairs of IGHV genes and identical heavy VH CDR3 amino acid sequences within a sample) in all individuals at the 2 sampling time points (median number of clonotypes per sample: 2,996 post-infection and 2,760 post-vaccination).
