CEACAM5 and neoplasm: Laboratory investigations revealed a white blood cell count of 9.25 × 109/L, predominantly neutrophils (76.6%), hemoglobin concentration of 103 g/L, and elevated tumor markers, including carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) (65 ng/mL), carbohydrate antigen-125 (CA125) (85 U/mL), and carbohydrate antigen-199 (CA199) (329 U/mL).
