CCND2 was found to be highly expressed in several cancers, including cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma(KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and thyroid carcinoma (THCA), as shown in Fig. 13A. The gene discussed is CCND2; the disease is glioblastoma.
