Pathologically, Kla has been implicated in spanning nitrosamine-induced pulmonary fibrosis (As-IPF), colorectal cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, prostate cancer (PC), Alzheimer's disease, mechanical pain, osteoporosis, sepsis, hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, septic shock and so on [10–15]. This evidence concerns the gene KL and pulmonary fibrosis.
