VASH1 expression levels in WBCs were significantly reduced after tumor resection (0.85 ± 0.04 fold, p = 0.0068 by Wilcoxon signed-rank test; Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, p < 0.0100) (Fig. 4 and supplementary Figure S4), while VASH2 expression levels did not change significantly after surgery (0.92 ± 0.11 fold, p = 0.4780 by Wilcoxon signed-rank test; Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, p < 0.0100). The gene discussed is VASH2; the disease is neoplasm.
