GFAP and Alzheimer disease: Boxers were found to have lower plasma GFAP (δ=−0.570 [CI=−0.863, 0.007], p = .021), NfL (δ=−0.630 [CI=−0.887, 0.070], p = .015) and p-tau217 (δ=−0.698 [CI=−0.923, − 0.119], p = .007) than patients with AD, there was a downward trend of p-tau181 (δ=−0.437 [CI=−0.786, −0.122], p = .084).
